Uploads

This page is not available to non-enterprise-tier clients.

The 'Uploads' tab on the Learners Page allows users to upload a list of tags, upload new learners, and to view previous learner uploads.

Viewing the List of Uploads

The list of all uploads are displayed along with the following information:

  • Uploader

  • Upload date

  • Number of learners uploaded

Remember: the tags listed against your learners must be tags that already exist in your account. To add tags; you can either upload as CSV or add them manually.

Uploading learners

  1. Click on the Upload learners button

  1. Upload the CSV file containing the learners by clicking on the uploader labelled Click here to select file or by dragging your CSV into the uploader square.

  1. Map the columns of the CSV file to the relevant fields in the table that appears.

  1. Click on the Upload now button.

  2. You'll then get a popup, confirming that the platform is now uploading your learners and checking for duplicate records.

  1. Once complete, you'll get a confirmation email.

Uploading tags

  1. Click on the Upload tags button

  1. Click to upload your CSV file from your computer or drag to the uploader square area, in the displayed popup.

  2. Map the column of the CSV file containing the tags to the field in the table that appears.

  1. Click on the Save mapping button

  2. Then hit the Upload tags button
