Billing

If you only distribute courses to learners via QR code, then the Billing page won't show you any information regarding course credits.

In the Billing tab on the Admin page, the following can be seen:

  1. Current credits

  2. Credits due upon renewal (i.e. your subscription level)

  3. Renewal date

  4. Previous invoices, which can be downloaded

Current credits

This is how many credits you, as a company, have left in your current subscription period. Credits are used to enrol learners on courses, on the Classroom page (see here).

For example, if you have 100 credits left, and you enrol a group of 70 learners on a standard course, then the current balance will be reduced to 30.

Renewal credits

This is how many credits are on your annual subscription plan - how many credits your account will be reset to upon your renewal date.

Renewal dates

The renewal date is the date on which your company's plan renews, and so the number of credits you have resets.

Invoices

Below your current credits, renewal credits, and renewal date information on the billing page is a list of invoices issued to date to your company, which can be downloaded as a PDF.
