Publishing a course locks it down - you are no longer able to edit it, since it will now be accessible to learners. Triple-check the content before doing so.
This walkthrough is for companies who distribute their micro-courses via QR code and static link.
Scroll down for the written and static image version of the help guide.
Ensure you've completed the desktop-view content - see for guidance.
If you deliver courses to learners via email, SMS, or MS Teams, ensure you've setup at least one messaging pack - see for guidance.
Click on the more icon (three vertical dots) at the bottom-right of a course tile.
Click on the 'Publish' button when the menu is displayed.
You'll then receive a warning popup - click 'Publish Course' to confirm.
If you deliver courses to learners via email, SMS, or MS Teams, publishing will move the course to the Classroom page.
If you distribute courses to learners via QR code, the course will show as 'published' on the Courses page, and will appear after any draft-mode courses.
