Publishing a course

This walkthrough is for companies who distribute their micro-courses via QR code and static link.

Before publishing your course

  1. Ensure you've completed the desktop-view content - see here for guidance.

  2. If you deliver courses to learners via email, SMS, or MS Teams, ensure you've setup at least one messaging pack - see here for guidance.

To publish your course

  1. Click on the more icon (three vertical dots) at the bottom-right of a course tile.

  2. Click on the 'Publish' button when the menu is displayed.

  3. You'll then receive a warning popup - click 'Publish Course' to confirm.

  • If you deliver courses to learners via email, SMS, or MS Teams, publishing will move the course to the Classroom page.

  • If you distribute courses to learners via QR code, the course will show as 'published' on the Courses page, and will appear after any draft-mode courses.
