User Logs

User Logs are sensitive user actions performed by you (and/or your colleagues) that are tracked by the GoodCourse application.

They include the following actions concerning;

  1. User-related (logins, inviting a new user, updating a user's permission level, and deleting a user)

  2. Course-related (creating, publishing and deleting courses)

  3. Learner-related (uploading and deleting learners)

  4. Enrolment related (scheduling a group on a course)

  5. Downloading data

If you only distribute courses to learners via QR code, then the logs for "Learners" and "Enrolling into courses" won't be shown to you.

Filtering Logs

Logs can be filtered by:

  1. Last name of the actioning user

  2. Recency: last 3, 7, or 30 days

  3. Action type: Users, Courses, Learners, Enrolments, or Data Exports.
