Sets

Please note that this page is only available to clients have the Sets of Courses feature enabled as part of their subscription package.

The Sets tab on the Analytics page allows you to view analytics for a specific published set of courses. First, select a published set of courses from the dropdown menu - highlighted in red in the image below.

Once you have selected a set, you will see the following information:

• Number of courses in the set

• Enrolment (all)

• Enrolment (live): the count of learners who are enrolled on the course, with at least one nudge to come, and haven't yet completed the course

This page also shows a table of all user enrolments of a group of learners onto this set of courses, with the following information for each enrolment:

• Enrolled by

• Group name (and number of leanrers)

• The messaging pack used

• Set enrolments details (date, time, and configured delivery channel(s))
