Learners

The Learners tab on the analytics page shows a table of all learners, along with the following information for each learner:

• First name

• Surname

• Description

• Tags

The table can be filtered by a learner's personal details (first name, last name, email address, description and phone number), tags, and groups. The actions that can be performed on each row of the table are:

• View: This shows a list of all the enrolments that the learner has been involved in.

• Download: This allows you to download the learner's data in one of the following formats:

  • Course open data

  • Question open data

  • All cards data

All courses a learner's been enrolled on

To view all of a learner's course enrolments, click on the View button next to the learner's name in the table. This will load a table that shows a list of all the courses that the learner has been enrolled on.

The table of the learner's enrolments contains the following information for each enrolment:

• Course name

• Delivery date

• Completion percentage

• Question response percentage

• Actions: This column contains two actions:

  • Details: This shows a more detailed view of a particular course enrolment

  • Download: This allows you to download the learner's enrolment in one of the following formats:

    • All learner enrol records

    • Incomplete learner enrol records

    • Question card records

    • All cards records

Viewing one course's enrolment data

Click the Details button to view the specific delivery, nudge, and completion information for a particular learner's particular course enrolment.

To view details of the entire group of learners who were enrolled on this course with this learner, click the button on the top right View Group's Course Enrol Record.
