Adding messaging pack to a set of courses

To create a messaging pack for a set of courses:

  1. Choose blank pack, and choose the name for your new messaging pack.

  1. From here, please follow the messaging packs guidance found in the Course Builder section of the Help Guide:

Enrolling a group of learners onto a set of courses

To enrol a group of learners on a set of courses:

  1. Navigate to the Classroom page, click on the Sets of courses tab

  2. Click on the Enrol learners button on the row of the desired set of courses.

  3. In the popup, select the following:

    • Messaging pack: for a messaging pack to be displayed here, it must have the wording for at least one channel (email or SMS) setup for the delivery of the set of courses.

    • Delivery details

      • Date of delivery (the earliest date available is tomorrow)

      • Hour: the hour window the course gets delivered to learners (e.g. choosing 09:00 means learners will receive the course between 09:00 and 10:00), based on your computer's timezone

      • Delivery channel: the channel(s) through which the course gets delivered. The options here depend on which channels have been completed on your chosen messaging pack

      • After configuring the delivery details (date, hour & channel(s)), click each nudge and configure the same information

    • Group of learners

    • Whether learners can opt out of the courses in this set

  1. Click on the Enrol button.

Deleting a set of courses

Only sets that are not currently used in an enrolment can be deleted.

To delete a set of courses, click on the red-colored trash icon button on the row of the desired course.
