Where your learners need to receive access to multiple courses at once – say for compliance training purposes at the start of an academic year – the required courses are combined into a set of courses, which a group of learners is then enrolled on.
To use the set of courses feature:
Navigate to the Classroom page.
Click on the Sets of courses tab.
To create a set of courses:
Click on the Create New Set button on the page
In the popup, complete the fields:
Upload an appropriate logo for the set of courses (optional)
Choose a name for the set of courses
Add a description for the set of courses
Select the published courses to be added to the set (minimum of 2)
Click the Create Set button
To edit a set of courses:
Click on the edit icon on the row of the desired course
Make your desired change(s) to the set's name, description, logo and / or published courses.
Click the Update Set button
Before a group of learners can be enrolled on a set of courses, a messaging pack needs to be created for that set of courses.
To create a messaging pack for a set of courses:
Click the messaging icon for the desired set of courses.
Choose blank pack, and choose the name for your new messaging pack.
From here, please follow the messaging packs guidance found in the Course Builder section of the Help Guide:

Delivery details
Date of delivery (the earliest date available is tomorrow)
Hour: the hour window the course gets delivered to learners (e.g. choosing 09:00 means learners will receive the course between 09:00 and 10:00), based on your computer's timezone
Delivery channel: the channel(s) through which the course gets delivered. The options here depend on which channels have been completed on your chosen messaging pack
