Learner Questions

Please note that this page is only available to clients who deliver courses to learners via email, SMS, or MS Teams.

The learner questions page shows a list of all questions asked by learners while taking a course, which is only possible if a query card was included in the course.

The list shows the following information:

  1. Learner full name

  2. Learner description

  3. Learner email

  4. Date asked

  5. Question status

  6. Question

Marking a question as resolved

  • Marking a question as resolved updates the status from 'Open' to 'Resolved'.

Deleting a learner's question

Deleting a learner's question cannot be undone. Proceed with caution.

  • Click the bin icon, then confirm that you want to delete on the warning popup:

Filtering the list of questions

Downloading the list of questions

  • All questions can be downloaded by clicking on the Download button.

Learner questions can be filtered by course, learner last name, description, and status - in a very similar manner as the .
