The Courses tab on the Analytics page allows you to view analytics for a specific published course. First, select a published course from the dropdown menu - hightlight in red in the image below.
Once you have selected a course, you will see the following information:
This section shows the following high-level stats for the course:
Enrolment (all time)
Enrolment (live): the count of learners who are enrolled on the course, with at least one nudge to come, and haven't yet completed the course
Course open rate %
Course completion rate %
Course opt-out #
Passed %: if there are quiz questions that have right / wrong answers, a learner must get all correct to be recorded as having passed
Failed %: if there are quiz questions that have right / wrong answers, if a learner gets one or more wrong they're recorded as having failed
Clicking any of the buttons here will navigate you to the Learners tab and show a list of learners who meet the criteria you've selected. The button options are:
Currently enrolled: learners who are enrolled on the course, with at least one nudge to come, and haven't yet completed the course
Delivered: learners where the course was successfully delivered via the chosen & available channels
Completed: learners who've completed the course
Passed: learners who've gotten all quiz questions right, if there's at least one question with right / wrong answers
Failed: learners who've gotten at least one quiz questions wrong, if there's at least one question with right / wrong answers
Never enrolled: all learners in your database who have never been enrolled on this course
Clicking on any of these buttons will navigate you to the Learners tab and filter the list of learners based on what you have selected.
Use this feature to get more granular regarding learner engagement and completion a particular course.
This shows the number of learners who've interacted with each card in the course.
This shows you insights into how learners interacted with the quizzes in your course. You are shown:
The total number of responses per quiz question
The breakdown of options selected by learners – number and percentage
Additionally, you can download these stats per quiz by clicking on the Download responses button.
To download the responses for all quizzes, and their responses, click on the Download all quizzes responses button at the top of the section.
This section also contains records for free-text questions, and how learners responded to them.
You can view the responses for each question by clicking on See responses button.

This shows:
The percentage of courses that were successfully delivered by the enabled delivery channels
Of the learners that opened courses, what percent opened by each of the channels utilised for delivery
This shows:
What percentage of courses were opened after just the delivery, after nudge 1, nudge 2 etc. This is useful to understand how many nudges your learners typically require, and the effectiveness of different nudges
What percentage of courses were completed after just the delivery, after nudge 1, nudge 2 etc.
This shows the percentage of learners having a particular tag who:
Opened the course
Completed the course
Opted out of the course
Passed the course (where applicable)
Failed the course (where applicable)
You can select one tag alone, or select two to be able to compare engagement data in tandem:
This shows you insights into how learners interacted with the quiz questions in your course, by learner tag. You can select one tag alone, or select two and compare engagement data in tandem:
You are shown:
The total number of responses per question
The breakdown of options selected by learners – number and percentage – per tag selected
This shows all groups of learners enrolled on your chosen course, with the following information:
Enrolled by
Group name (and number of learners)
Messaging pack used
Delivery details (date, hour, channels)
You can view the details of an enrolled group by clicking on the Details button.
The actions that can be performed on a particular enrolled group are:
Nudge learners: This allows you to set up a manual nudge for learners.
When additional emails have been configured to be sent to learners, they can be viewed in the 'Course Enrol Record' section of the Analytics Page, Course Tab.
To cancel a manual email, click the Cancel text on the email follow up card. NB only scheduled emails can be cancelled.
You'll then be prompted to confirm your decision:
This allows you to download course engagement and learners' enrolment data into different in two formats:
CSV: This allows you to download the learners' enrolment data for the course to CSV. You can download:
All Learners' Enrollment Records – a record per individual learner
Incomplete Learners' Enrollment Record – a record per individual learner who has started but not finished the course
PDF: This allows you to download the course engagement data into a design presentation, great for sharing with colleagues.
To download the PDF report:
Click on the Download Course Data button
In the open menu, click on the Download PDF report button
If you don't want to see the quiz questions and responses, un-toggle the first checkbox
Select the tags that you want to see the course engagement data broken down by
Click the Generate Report button, and it'll be sent to your email once ready
Download: This allows you to download the per-learner enrolment data in either CSV or PDF format. See more details about downloading .
