To invite a new user to your GoodCourse account

  1. Go to the Admin page.

  1. Click the "Invite User" button.

  1. Enter the first name, last name, and email address of the new user, in the displayed popup.

  2. Select the permission level for the new user. You can select either Admin or User.

If you are selecting the User permission level, you can also configure the specific pages that the new user should have access to by clicking on them. To better understand permission levels, see here.

  1. Click the "Invite" button.

The new user will receive an email with their temporary password and a link to log into the platform.

Permission levels

An Admin user can do everything on your GoodCourse account.

A normal User can be given access on a per-page basis. For example, you could invite a new user who can access the Courses page - to create course content - but can't access the Learners or Analytics pages.

Resending an invite email to a new user

If a user has not yet logged into their account, an admin user can resend the invitation email. To re-invite a user:

  1. Go to the Admin page

  2. Click the Resend invite button
